Often when you get a List Wizard query, you'll want to download your data into a comma-delimited file to view or share with others. Sometimes you'll want to download transactional data from a List Wizard query. Here's how to do it.

Remember that List Wizard queries for users who match your search criteria. When you run one or more queries in List Wizard and decide to download the results, you'll have access to any of the demographic fields in your system to populate your download file.

There can be many, many transactions for each user. So in order to download transactions, you'll need to tell the List Wizard //which //transactions you want to download.

So first, run a query that involves transactions. Here we are looking for all users who are currently subscribed to a specific product.

Now we want to limit this search to only those users/transactions with a specific source code:

Once you have the results you want to download, click in the field box in the download screen, and you will see all of the transactional fields for your query. The transaction data that appears (request date, term, etc.) will be specific to your query.
