7 This lesson describes how to use the Bulk Operation tool in the ONEcount USER OPERATIONS module to apply a batch status change to change the product status of a batch of subscribers to a particular product.

9 Product Statuses are created in the "Product Status" sub-menu in the INVENTORY module.

11 Product Status for each product and transaction (if applied) can be seen in the Subscription History section of the User Detail Page. When generating lists using the List Wizard, you can use Product Status to filter subscribers to a product by a specified product status(es).
