    1. Check to see if the script matches what you have configured in ONEcount. Verify the values in quotes after "Target ID", "Action ID" and "Target Name" match the instructions/rules established in Onecount.If the response contains the required target details, then go to next step.
    2. Otherwise, check if the dates of the 'target'/ 'action' are valid (i.e. "target_start_date" and "target_end_date"). Also check 'domain' and 'section' values in the action are valid. If the action has been updated, please still try updating the target to insure a refresh is pushed to the system.
  1. Open the Google Publisher Console by following any of the below process:
    1. Try to run the following command in browser console:
      1. googletag.openConsole();
    2. Or paste the following code into the bookmark in Bookmark Manager:
      1. javascript:googletag.openConsole();
  2. After opening the Google Publisher Console, navigate to the website and click on newly created bookmark, or run the command from step 4a.

  1. After opening the Google Publisher Console, navigate to the Page Request tab.
  2. Check for errors and Warnings, If not continue.
  3. Open a view of any Ad Unit the ONEcount system will instruct to serve.
  4. Go to delivery diagnostics and:
    1. Check for the key-value pair and make sure they are correct.
    2. Also, try to rerun the simulation to check the winning line item. If this winning line item is different from the expected one, then check the ad placement for the key-value pairs.
    3. If they are correct, your targeting for ad banner campaigns is looking great! If not, let's look into this—please see step 10.
  5. For further assistance ONEcount's support and success team is available to help.
